If you need a refund, we will initiate a refund on the same day.

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be processed.

I bought a product. Can I request a refund?

Yes, we do issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is sent.    As a customer, if you find that the product you have bought is not working then raise a refund request on mail@gplplugs.com.

It is important to ensure that no license key is attached to the products. So, you cannot request a refund for license keys.

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You can’t install a downloaded theme or plugin
  • Your hosting or WordPress is not compatible with a theme or plugin.
  • A license or purchase code is required for a theme or plugin
  • When installing a new theme or plugin, your website was broken
  • Provider offers digital media (“Software”) that may be downloaded immediately after a purchase order has been made.
  • There isn’t any “trial” or “grace period” after buying any product which suggests all sales are final.
  • Once you have bought the software, there is no such thing as a way to “return” it.
  • In case we’re unable to solve your problem or our product does not work properly (damaged product), all of the refunds will be made by GPLPlugs.com on the same day.
  • It may take up to 3-7 days to get your refund in your payment account or medium depending on the payment method and the location of your bank.
